set with 1 oval aquamarine of ca. 1.70 ct, surrounded by 2 old-cut diamonds and 4 rose-cut diamonds totalling ca. 0.16 ct, in 18K (750) white gold, ring size: 49, the table has an elaborate Millegrain working and the side of the ring shank is beautifully decorated, 3.4 g.
